  • Please let us know the final number of attendees latest 5 days before the event.
    A 50% deposit will be required 30 days before the event day and the remaining amount is due 15 days prior the event day.
    If the Lausanne Guesthouse does not receive the money on time, it will be assume that the event is not taking place and your booking bill be allocated to another group without notification.

    Cancellations

    Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Lausanne Guesthouse.
    The cancellation is free up to 30 days prior the event.
    From 29 days to 15 days prior the event, 50% of the total amount is due.
    Cancellation made later than 15 days prior the event, we charge 100% of the amount.

    Important information

    Starting and ending hours have to be respected.
    The conference room is stricly non smoking.
    Clients are not permitted to bring their own food and drink onto the premises for consumption.

    Indemnity or Damage

    In the event of any damage be done to the premises or any of the furniture and equipment therein, whether by the hirer or his guests/delegates, the expense of making good will be the responsibility of the hirer.
